Jessica Dickson
Portfolio Director
Jessica joined the Fund for Public Schools in 2016 and brings over 10 years of experience in both the nonprofit and public sectors. In her role as a Portfolio Director, Jessica’s portfolio includes a range of initiatives, including Student Pathways and Computer Science for All. Jessica’s grants management responsibilities include managing budgets, reporting to funders, collaborating with colleagues on funding proposals, and managing funder relationships.
Prior to joining the Fund, Jessica held positions across the nonprofit and public sectors, including the NYC Public Schools Division of Specialized Instruction and Student Support, where she supported implementation and communications for professional development for teachers and other school staff. Jessica earned an M.S. in Nonprofit Management at The New School’s Milano School, with a focus on public policy and program evaluation for large-scale and small-scale nonprofit organizations, as well as a B.A. in English Literature and Philosophy at Colgate University.
