Julianne Rana

Chief Operating Officer

Julianne serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Fund for Public Schools. She joined the Fund in 2016 as a Managing Director for Business Development. Prior to the Fund, she worked for Single Stop USA, a domestic anti-poverty organization, serving first as its Senior Director of Institutional Giving and subsequently overseeing its National Development function. Prior to Single Stop USA she supported and then led Foundation & Corporate Giving for Children's Aid, a nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive supports to children and their families in targeted high-needs New York City neighborhoods.  Prior to Children’s Aid, at WhyHunger, an anti-hunger and poverty organization, Julianne served first as a VISTA Volunteer and progressed to the role of Director, overseeing two national programs. Julianne received her bachelor's degree from Sarah Lawrence College and a Master's in Public Administration from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at NYU.
