Kathryn Gonzalez

Associate Portfolio Director

Kathryn joined The Fund for Public Schools in 2017, having previously held positions with The New York Community Trust and the Global Business Coalition for Education. In her role as Associate Portfolio Director, Kathryn manages a portfolio that includes school-based gifts and grants, Imagine NYC Schools, among others.

Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Kathryn graduated from Arizona State University with degrees in English Literature and History, and she began her public service career working in South Los Angeles for the education nonprofit, City Year Los Angeles. She moved to New York City to pursue her Master's in Public Administration from New York University’s Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, graduating in 2016.
