Senior Finance Associate

Marcia joined the Fund for Public Schools in 2021 and she brings more than 30 years of experience in non-profit fiscal accounting and grants accounting. As Senior Finance Associate, Marcia is responsible for managing the administration of funding, and engaging the Fund’s Portfolio teams to ensure the Fund’s grant-funded programs and financial information systems are aligned and on track to meet internal and external goals. Since joining the Fund Marcia has enhanced the financial system by implementing mass data uploads and banking products such as Digital Payments, Online Receivables and Check Print add-ons which had never been done. Previously, Marcia served as Grants Manager for notable international organizations where she created and supported the maintenance of the grants databases to provide timely reports for Gov’t and private funders. Marcia is a graduate of Baruch College and graduate of NYC Public Schools.
